• Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your email address, password, and profile preferences.
• User-Uploaded Documents: We process the text and metadata contained within the resumes (PDF and DOCX formats) and job descriptions you voluntarily upload.
• Usage & Device Data: We automatically collect minor technical details, including your IP address, device type, operating system, and system performance metrics (such as crash reporting logs).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for the purpose of operating and improving the App, specifically to:

• Extract, parse, and analyze your resume data using artificial intelligence models to deliver holistic scores, benchmark grades, and compatible roles.
• Generate tailored alternative bullet points, metrics quantification, and skill gap analyses.
• Maintain your profile's securely saved "Audit History" for offline reading or future comparison.
• Monitor system bugs, optimize server response times, and prevent malicious actions or credit fraud.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Subprocessors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded documents to third-party data brokers. We share data only with the following essential services required to operate the App:

• AI Infrastructure Providers: The contents of your resumes and job descriptions are temporarily transmitted to secure AI language model endpoints strictly for processing and generating your audit results. This data is not used by the providers to train public models.
• Payment Processing: All financial transactions are securely handled through Razorpay. We do not store or see your credit card, debit card, or banking details. Razorpay handles your financial data in strict compliance with industry regulations.
• Analytics & Systems: We use basic analytics and crash-reporting infrastructure to diagnose software malfunctions and evaluate application stability.

4. Data Control, Persistence, and Deletion

• User Control: You have the absolute right to clear your data. Through the App's interface, you can delete old analyses, single resume audits, or untitled drafts at any time.
• Permanent Erasure: When you delete an item from your Audit History, it is immediately and permanently removed from our active databases. Residual backups are automatically overwritten within standard server recycling timelines.

5. Security of Your Data

We employ appropriate commercial-grade administrative and technical measures to protect your account and documents against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage system is completely bulletproof, and we cannot guarantee its absolute safety.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not designed for or targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal details, we will immediately erase it from our systems.

7. Legal Framework & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by and interpreted in alignment with the digital privacy and consumer laws of India. Any claims or disputes arising under these terms shall be settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
